About the Rowe School of Business at Dalhousie University

Dalhousie University is a U15 Canadian Research Institution located in Halifax, Nova Scotia on Canada’s beautiful East Coast. At Dalhousie, we offer students a different kind of MBA experience. 

Dalhousie University's Rowe School of Business is developing the next generation of innovative leaders who value quality and integrity. Experiential learning in the form of residencies, co-op work terms, internships or new venture creation is at the heart of all of our programs.

The goal of the program is to help high achieving, self-motivated individuals with leadership potential launch their careers and accelerate professional development. Successful candidates display exceptional potential in employability, coachability and critical. Our first-year integrated core curriculum of business courses provides a solid foundation for advanced study and success on the corporate residency. In addition to further exploration of the functional areas of business, 2nd-year students leverage the Faculty of Management’s unique, inter-disciplinary, values-led approach to management education.

Students within our program can choose to focus their degree electives into four areas: Finance, Marketing, Enterprise Analytics, and Entrepreneurship and Innovation.
