Why do I need to register?

We have limited spots, so you’ll need to reserve your place. Plus, we need your CV to match you with universities to set up your personal schedule of meetings beforehand. 

What does my CV need to include?

When you register, upload your CV, resume or LinkedIn profile (downloaded to PDF) or email a link to resume@qs.com. Make sure it includes your previous academic and work experience. Please make sure to upload an English version. If you need help or aren’t sure what to include, try our template which you can download and send us instead.  

How will I be invited to meetings?

When you have registered and included your CV or LinkedIn profile, our expert team will review your profile to match you with universities that suit your professional goals. You’ll then get an email with a proposed list of schools and meeting schedule, so keep an eye on your inbox! Simply confirm or reject the proposed meetings so you just meet universities that interest you. On the day, follow your Zoom link to each meeting a few minutes early and get ready to network! 

Are these meetings like admissions interviews?

These meetings are not admissions interviews or similar to admissions interviews. The purpose of these meetings is to bring you information that will help inform your master’s degree choice and provide an opportunity to network.  

What do I need to wear?

There’s no dress code, but we recommend business casual (even from home) to make a good first impression. 

Do I need to use my camera?

You don’t have to, but we recommend it for the most interactive networking experience. 

Can I join on my phone?

It is possible to join on your phone, but we recommend a desktop or laptop for the best event experience.
