Who you'll meet

About

After a long hiatus from in-person events, we're delighted to announce that we're hosting a hybrid in-person and online event in the UK this autumn!

You'll be able to meet over 30 leading universities, from Cambridge to UCL and more! Detailed information on courses and application processes is at hand, plus you'll speak directly with admissions directors.

There will be two events held on the day:

Connect Master's | 11am - 1:30pm: Virtual 1-to-1 meetings between you and the universities

World Grad School Tour | 2:30 - 5pm An in-person fair, held in London. Meet universities, network & more!

The events are free to attend but you must register as places are limited. To sign up, we'll ask you a few questions about your study plans to make sure we're offering you the best support possible.

You can choose to attend the fair or online networking, or both. To attend the fair, you’ll also need proof of a negative COVID-19 test or your vaccinated status (such as the NHS app). To attend the networking sessions over Zoom, you’ll need to include your CV or LinkedIn profile so our team can recommend you to universities for meetings.

Please contact max@qs.com with any questions.

You’ll also want to prepare some relevant and specific questions to ask the admissions representatives related to their respective programs.

We're taking every step necessary to ensure your safety at the physical event in London. To enter you'll need your NHS Covid Pass, from either a recent negative test or both vaccine jabs administered at least 14 days ahead of the event. Social distancing will be in place in the auditorium and the main fair, with a focus on smaller group conversations with schools. Masks will also be required.

You will need an NHS Covid Pass, either from receiving both of your vaccination doses at least 14 days before the event, or a recent negative test.
