Yes, there is a video feature to the meetings which will allow both you and the representative to see each other. Though not required, we recommend that you dress professionally in business casual attire to make a good first impression.

To ensure the best and most seamless user experience, we recommend using your laptop or desktop. Make sure that you have a strong internet connection plus your web camera and microphone are working properly. We also suggest arriving 10-15 minutes early.
